DELIVERY

Item prices are inclusive of delivery to mainland U.K (England, Scotland and Wales). All items are generously bubble wrapped and come ‘flat packed’ for self assemble. Some items are able to be delivered assembled. For small items or individual machines we use pallet delivery via a courier / haulier. Standard delivery is 3-5 days. Next day delivery is available upon request. Please note carriers will provide a kerbside (ground floor) delivery, as such items will be expected to be received and accepted as such. Items will be delivered Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-5pm. The customer is responsible for any re-delivery costs, should the delivery not be accepted in the first instance. Please also note that due to the large heavy nature of some of these machines and distance traveled, you accept that some small marking may occur during transit or assembly. Upon delivery of your equipment please inspect all pallets and boxes noting any damage, paint marks or discrepancies prior to signing for your delivery. Once the proof of delivery (POD) is signed for as clean then we do not accept any responsibility for any of the above.

INSTALLATION

If you require installation of a product / products in the catalogue, the time between order and installation may be longer than for that of delivery only. The prospect of building the machines yourself may be a scary thought for some. Luckily Cutler Gym Equipment can take care of this for you. This can be as simple as the insertion of a few items to a 2 week long on site installation process. Please select installation options on the packages. Quotes are automated upon checkout providing a minimum of 4 items are ordered. It is imperative that the space for the products has been cleared and that access is unrestricted. If the installer is unable to commence work due to the area not being cleared or access not being available at the agreed time Cutler Gym Equipment reserve the right to charge £25 for every half hour the installation engineer is unable to start work. We must be informed at the time of placing the order where the products are to be installed. All prices quoted are for ground floor installations in the main building of the property. Installations above or below ground floor or outside the main building i.e. an outhouse etc may be subject to surcharge, especially if not mentioned at the time of order. Adequate parking / vehicle access must be provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the installation has been carried out to their satisfaction. If the customer is not present when the installation is completed the installation will be deemed as completed to the customers satisfaction. Any subsequent visits that may be required will be chargeable at the same rate as the first visit.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all items. Any returned items must be returned unused, wrapped and packed in the original packaging. Please note we will not refund your original shipping charge or pay for the delivery of the returned items. Items must be returned to Cutler Gym Equipment, Unit 11 Moorfields Industrial Estate, Cotes Heath, Stafford, ST21 6QY. We advise that you keep all packaging, pallets and boxes for the 14 day period.

Cutler Gym Equipment automatically charges a restocking fee of 18% unless the reason for return is manufacture defect. For any manufacture defect we will first always look to replace broken parts, within a reasonable time period, before accepting a return. Returning items without accepting to receive new parts will result in the above restocking fee minus shipping cost. If we are unable to provide new parts, deeming the item unusable, then a full refund will be given. Manufacture defect prevents the item from working correctly and safely.

The items must be shipped back by prior arrangement with pre paid shipping to our warehouse at the above address in a like new condition. All shipping arrangements are the sole responsibility of the consumer. We recommend using ‘nationalpallets.co.uk’. We also request that you forward us details of which ever company you decide to use along with the booking reference number. Refunds will be made after inspection of the returns. Should damages have occurred on the return, they will be assessed and fees deducted. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped the consumer is responsible for all freight / handling charges incurred by the cancellation.

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure goods return undamaged and in re-saleable condition. Adequate insurance cover should be taken out in case of goods returning damaged or un-saleable. Should goods return damaged, the returnee should claim for cost of goods from their carrier.

For customised catalogue orders exclusions apply. These items are made to order and to the customers individual specification including frame and upholstery colours; as such once manufacture is underway items can not be cancelled and are not subject to refund under Office of Fair Trading Distance Selling Regulations DSRs. PLEASE NOTE: Amendments can only be made up to 48hrs after purchase for catalogue orders. Any cancellations / refunds within 48hrs will be the amount paid minus 3.5% of the total amount to be paid.

Q: Customer wants to return a custom-made item, the Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs) seem to indicate that customers have a lot of cancellations rights. Can our customers cancel their orders even though they are made to their personal specification?

A: No, your customer will not have cancellation rights under the DSRs because the goods are custom-made.

WARRANTY

Structural frames excluding surface finish (5 years). Moving frames including press arms and other unspecified moving components (2 years). Components including bearings and pulley reels (2 years). Cable wear and locking pins are excluded. Barbells, dumbbells, weight plates and Cutler Gym Grips are also excluded – this is due to ease of misuse of the products. MND800 curved treadmill comes with full 6 month commercial warranty and 12 month residential warranty. Sales receipt or other dated proof of purchase is required from the buyer. Warranty is non transferable in the event that you sell the product. Warranty will be void if upon inspection the equipment is found to have been altered or shows signs of abuse. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

From time to time products may be updated and improved. As a result the products may vary cosmetically from those advertised but this will in no way affect their performance or use.
